Exchange and return:
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Returns and refunds are not accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start your exchange, you can contact us at info@mariabruce.com.
If your exchange is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
We will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the Exchange Policy and, if so, proceed with the exchange. Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original "Maria Bruce Jewellery" box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents.
We reserve the right not to accept any exchange if the product shows signs of wear, has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. If you have received free items as part of your order, they must be returned with the products. All items sent for exchange will be subject to strict Quality Control ("QC") by us to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, we will refuse the exchange, and the products will be returned to you. If the returned product satisfies QC, we will proceed with the exchange. Failure to comply with these Conditions of Sale will entitle us to refuse the returned product and send it back to you, at your own cost.
